This lil' beast was used to demonstrate DarkStar paint and I decided to finish it.

My orcs vary in skin tone. This one is green. Its clan has a variety of armor and this one wears a leather gorget and a mail brayette, a bronze helmet with claws/tusks. It has a short sword and dagger.

I squirted a bit of ink into the main colors to create a wash.

I'll look up and post the brand. I bought these c. 1984. The sculpting and casting is impressive. Detail is remarkable.

The lil' beast is almost finished. Washes and touch-ups, plus subtle shading and highlighting.

Grenadier Models sculpted this orc called "Short Sword". Grenadier released it as part of a nine orc set titled Orc's Lair, set 2011.

"Short Sword" has "1981" engraved into the bottom of the base. Aside from painting the base and touching up a couple of things,
"Short Sword" is finished.
