Saddle Breaking Campaign
As soon as mankind managed to tame a wild animal big enough to carry manís weight as soon the rider Ė mount relation had been established.
This campaing was focused on riders and their mounts Ė no matter if they were taken from history or a fantasy book - orc on a wolf, knight on a horse, wizard on a dragon, hunter on an elephant, or nomad on a camel Ė all these were allowed.
Here we present the works of campaign participants.

About Andrzej Snigorski (endrju007)
FROM: WOJEWODZTWO PODKARPACKIE, POLAND

My first contact with model making took place over 20 years ago Ė Iíve made few models of planes when I was 9. They were all destroyed in one disastrous accident. Pain after loosing results of my own work was so big that Iíve left model making for about 15 years ;) . Iíve returned to building models...

Andrzej, that's an excellend compilation. You regulars on Historica Forma sure turn out nice work! Comparing mine to the rest, there's a lot I still have to learn. I'll keep reading and trying. thanks! -Sean H.

Thank you Sean! Don't be too cruel to yourself. In my opinion your choice of figure was not very helping your efforts. I found out that the better the details of the figure the easier to paint it. Your figure being quite poorly detailed must have been difficult to paint. Choose something nicely sculpted for next project - you will see how much easier it is to paint a face or clothing that is perfectly shaped.

Nice summary Andrzej. It is always nice to be able to see everyone's entries set up this way. I liked all of the entries. It was nice to see the variety of time frames and subjects. My figure painting is lousy but I enjoy what I do. I have a lot to learn but I figure that getting out there and entering these campaigns is a way to learn. Once I improve with my figure modeling maybe I can learn to improve my camera skills as well!! Sean...hmmmmmmmmmmm.......I think that my warriors might be watching your mule rider veeeeeeery closely!! Thanks again everyone for a great campaign. Randy
