Operational Overview
this build would encompass all genre. military subjects for naval. air, armor, soft skin vehicles, and figures are possible. civilian subjects for air, vehicles, and dioramas are possible. the only requisite for this build would be the subject must have been in hawaii on december 7 1941.

The Rules and Regs
as per the overview all subjects from hawaii december 7 1941 are fair game. also allowed would be the japanese ships from the first combined fleet and the uss enterprise. military as well as civilian subjects are all involved. the start date is the date when all japanese assets in the united states were frozen. this was, according to the japanese, the provocation for the attack. the end date would be december 7. the date of the attack.
