For all of those neglected and unfinished projects or builds that need a new paint job.

The Rules and Regs
RULES:
1. If the project is half finished.
2. Photo of the half finished jewel.
3. In-progress photos a must.
4. If finished a photo of the paint job.
5. Documentation of what the wished change is to be.
6. Again in-progress photos a must.
7. Any acale, the submission form did state this.
8. And if you do not plan to enjoy yourself than do not come to the party.

Contest Element
As many finishes that can be accomplised are incoruaged, but only one ribbon for completion of a project and one for a change in camo or appearnce from an already finished build will be awarded.
