This is the figure I have done for the 40k campaign but could not get it to go to the campaign site. He is a mix of the comander pack and a biker (left over pieces from my Bike I did for golden demon)

Really like the Space Marines as a subject. Yours looks really good, with the weathering.

I have about 100 various ones that my son wants done as Black Templars, and yours gives me a bit of inspiration for the finish.

Some days ago I sat looking through some White Dwarfes in hope that that would give me some inspiration, but most models there lacked personality (Even 'Eavy Metals I think ), so it didn't really work... Here however you have here a model with a lot of carachter. I love how you have used the colours on the stone ruin, the sides of the base, his lightning claw, the symbol on his right shoulder pad, and so on. Very bold painting! Thanks for showing.

go have a look at the Australia Golden Demon 2005 Deul -a really nice guy in brisbane does a very natural style space marine - his first name is simon- the detail is something to be seen (the ammo clip on the ground is actually modelled empty and there is a hollow where the clip came from -awesome

Roland al the best with those space marine -I have the same problem - my son is getting me to paint and convert a chaos army based on norse (complete with a werewolf for his chaos spawn)
