I think the sentiments expressed in this thread really give you an idea of just how important you have been to the site and the people that enjoy it on a daily basis.

As I said when you took over the position after me, there couldn't have been a more capable and kind soul than you. You've done more than just keep up with the business end of the site. You've put your heart and soul into it which is the reason it shines so bright.

I wish you and your wife nothing but a long string of happy successes as you forge ahead into the outback. I fully understand why you will be away from us for awhile, but do understand...we expect to see you back here as soon as time allows. You're part of the family, and family is never forgotten.

Be safe my friend. You'll be thought of often, and missed even more.

what can I say? Yet another Saffer leaving the country! Can't blame you though and you couldn't have chosen a better country to go to. I have a sister in Brisbane. Thanks for all your insights and info I became accostumed to here on HF. It's due to this that I keep on coming back. These will definately be big shoes to fill! I wish you and the missus everything of the very best in Oz. Just remember - Your blood is green and you will never be permitted to support any other team over the Springboks! That is an order! Seriously though, you will be sorely missed on this site and all that remains to be said is...."Hurry back bro!"
