I've just started painting my first 54mm figure in oils. I'm already loving it and can't believe I allowed myself to be intimidated by it for so long.

Can someone recommend some good tutorials for painting military figures (1/35, 54mm, 90mm) in oils? I need help with all aspects but could especially use help with the faces.
