I found this excellent SBS by Julien Casses on his Golden Demon UK 2009 entry via pF (my thanks to Richard Link for originally posting it). It's one of those SBS's, that even if you're not interested in sci-fi or WH40K, is of benefit to all forms of (figure) modellers as the techniques discussed (figure conversions, base making, and painting) are easily applied to various periods and subjects.
