After finishing sculpting this fellow (54mm) I primed it and start painting it. First I started with the face as usual. After that I continued with the body and trousers. The blending of the face and trousers is more or less done. The rest still need some color or more blending. The pattern on the shield is still in the early stages. I hope to finish the figure this week.

I don't think there was a lot of difference between the Gallic Celts and the ones from Britain. They even reached the Netherlands.

Great work marcel. The freehand work looks really cool on the shield. What kind of paint did you use on the model?
