Skintones are perfect! I love them.
How do you apply the ink on the model? What do you use?

Hi Andrzej,

"How do you apply the ink on the model? What do you use?"

I used Dr.Ph.Martins Bombay black inda ink.... most artist shops should carry it or something close to it. I used a 00 brush to fill in the lines... and about 4 hours to kill.... took a while to get it done... but main thing I learnd was to go very slow !!! had a few area's that over spilled.

aside from that it was perfect.

Thank you for the kind words Andrezj, I really appreciate them.

Amazing painting. I've never seen more realistic skin on figure!

What is the scale of this beauty?

Chris, did you ever tried to apply the ink with anything else from brush? A pen or rapidograph?

After your paintwork,I can say this is a figure not only to watch but also to fall in love she looks awesome . I think due to the big scale, skintones are painted with airbrush...absolutely amazing painting...congrats Chris

Thank you guys for all the kind comments... I am very greatful for them.

Guess I'll have to post up the WIP for the 1/4th Countess Karenstien figure also from Solar Wind. I'll probly start her in Jan.
