I am very confused regarding the actual colors of GI uniforms in WWII. Different shades of OD, khaki and brown. Is there anyone that could guide me through basic colors regarding US infantry and airborne uniforns with Vallejo paints??

I especially need help with M1941, M1943 jackets and those brownish trousers

Thank you for your reply

I have already visited this site. I would like a reference to mixtures of vallejo paints regarding the GI colors.

I haven't try them but many modellers do like Life Color paints.
Below you will find links to reviews of LifeColor's US Army Uniforms paint sets.
Maybe it would be worth to try them.

It might be worth searching wargaming forums- they often have paint mix guides

No idea how perfect the matches are, but I guess it can be a good start.

its simply a matter of researching uniforms as you find many different shades(see pic) of all the colours pick one you like and then colour match
