Nice progress Nicolas!
I have to finish my Kriegslokomotive before I move to my Celtic Warrior (there is no free space on my desk because of this BR52 monster...)

Are we still alive?
Small update from my side - my Celtic warrior and his unlucky Roman friend are getting a bit less grey and more painted.

I've spotted some bubble holes during the painting (I haven't seen them in raw condition... boy, I do need glasses...) but I am not in mental condition to correct these small errors and repaint whole thing. No way I'm doing that...

My second entry. The baron himself. Certainly a ruthless flyer who thrilled in the hunt and of shooting down planes, but not one to love the death that was often associated with it. A extremely complex individual and while many aces beat his tally of 80 he is still the most known ace.

This is a 54mm figure. Base colours going on at the moment.

Great to see more progress here! Summary feature for this campaign should be quite interesting

Aaron - thanks to you we are going to have WWI covered. I once built a model of Red Baron's plane for my wife's friend's son but I couldn't find a picture to show you.

Here is my progress - helmet looks a little better (don't mind the crest but I've painted some details on helmet with gold), and the trousers are almost finished.

I going to build this one:

It's hard to say where it fit best, but post WWII should be OK.

Bimbrownik, egzorcysta amator

He's from 50's I believe .

You may want to check something on Jakub Wędrowycz, you may find it interesting

Great job ón the figure, Nicolas. The small base frame the figure perfectly.

I have made a little progress. Our camera is occupied by the wife, so this photo is not the best, but at least progress is being made

Jesper, good to see your work!

Nico, it's great to see the progress your making from one figure you sculpt to another! Can't wait to see the Civil War soldier finished.

Here is my finished Celtic Warrior (and Roman centurion ) from 2nd century.

I do hope you like him

I have to think about what to paint next for this campaign... Maybe something from Sengoku Jidai era, Japan?

Nice paint job, Andrzej.

I have finished my tank commanders and put them in their natural environment. They are both Dragon 1/35 figures painted in Valejo colors.

Comments welcome

Thyanks for the comment, Andrzej.

I assume we still do not have galleries functioning? So ribbons will be awarded based on finished photos in the campaign treads?

Thanks for clarifying, andrzej. I will use photobucket.

Nicolas, they will go on separate dioramas. Maybe the Panther will never get a diorama, but the drazine will likely hook up with another rail vehicle.

Hi Nico

It is the proposed Panther II. I believe it was never made in reality, being only a planned "paper panzer". Basically a late version Panther with Tiger tank road wheels, new tracks, and an updated turret with long barrel 75 mm gun and build in range finder.

Andrzej, Thank you for proposing a Historical Campaign and also for the links. After reviewing these pages and seeing all the great work I finally gave in and have joined up! I have a lot of other campaigns on my plate as well but the completion date being flexible helped with my decision.

I was looking at figs of AmCivilWar, and German WWI, but my choices were narrowed to the early 18th cent. with an English pirate fig by J Flintstone. The box says a certain "Indigo Jack", which certainly never existed, but I suspect he could be referenced as the infamous "Calico Jack" Rackham 1682-1720.

Any issue with this Andrzej? Thanks, Dave
