Thanks for comment!
Pictures were taken with artificial light and the colors are not very well - I'll take some photos today with daylight - it should reflect the reality better.

Andrzej, wood grain looks very good and natural.
As for retander I use it only for airbrushing. I tried using it with brush painting I didn't like it (I don't remember exactly what was wrong).

Better... Bronze is slightly washed with black and the contrast is now closer to real one.

Here it is:

I do hope you like it!
I liked painting it a lot. It was a real pleasure to paint such perfectly sculpted piece.

Andrzej,
Fantastic finish to your figure. The sculpted facial features are really brought to life with your talented painting.
The figure's intricate detailing through out is accentuated perfectly with your precise brush work.....also the shading is quite subtle and not over done....I like it a lot.
My only detraction is with how the manufacturer handled the back of the figure....that huge scalloped hole with the stylized texturing really takes away from the high caliber of the bust IMHO.
Great work,
Bill.

William, thank you very much for your kind words! As for the bust’s back… well, it’s not perfect but it’s not as eyecatching as on the pictures. The whole thing is much smaller than it seems on the picture so it’s not as distracting…

Mario, thanks for kind words and for helpful tips!

Ian – you sure have very recognizable style. I really like the way you’ve modified this bust. Eyebrows and beard look fantastic.

Marcin – thanks! I’m looking forward to seeing your work finished.

Thanks Mario, I am not sure on that Verdigris yet it has not quite turned out how I wanted and I need the add a little copper drybrushing to it to lighten it yet.
