Someone has got to know how to do this one! I'm starting to paint my 1/72nd scale modern russian figures. I saw a particular group photo with some russian troops in 2008 with what looks like digital camouflage uniforms. Does ANYONE know how to paint this paint scheme in 1/72nd scale?
Thank you

If it were me, and I'm not sure that I would be crazy enough to do this , I would fully paint the uniform with the lightest color in the pattern. Then I would use a very fine natural-bristled high quality paintbrush, using it to paint little dots and streaks of the medium color. Next I would use the finest brush possible to paint very small dots of the dark color. I wouldn't worry about the smallest details because they wouldn't even be visible in this scale, and when you add light/shadow and weathering the finer details will be represented well as far as our eyes can discern. You will want to make sure that there isn't much of a load on the detail brushes or it will create 3 dimensional shapes.
