Because of size and scale considerations I've chosen 1/43 as an optimal scale for a project as 1/35 / 1/32 is too large, and 1/48 too small. I will most likely have to do some conversion work on a stock figure, so plastic seems to be the first choice of material, resin second, and white metal a distant third. I will need at least a couple of fantasy figs in action poses. So far I see Preiser figures as the choice for easiest conversion work. Could anyone suggest any other available figures or brands?
