Another old photograph that was in my local newspaper today that I thought I would share.



There wasn't any date with the photograph so I am not sure how old it is.

Interesting shot. Judging from the rut in the foreground ties, it appears a car came off the rail and rolled across the ties.

Th box car to the left looks like it was loaded with lumber. A reefer with ice hatches is behind the closest car on the right.

Can't date the photo as there are no views of couplers, emblems nor reporting marks. What a mess.
