Reworking headset WWII Tanker- M5A1 Hedgerow

Hey All . . . back after a LONGGGGGG Absence. Life . . . you know.

Just finished Hedgerow Hopping M5A1 1944 ( Hedgerow Hopping M5A1 1944 (Posted over at ARMORAMA.

Wanted to detail the Tankers Helmet from the Dragon WWII US Tanker Set. Carved off the strap detail and using 4 strands of fine copper wire I wired up the earphones

and connected them behind the left rear side as seen in most phones. twisting all together to form the plug in line to the main system


Replaced the carved away straps with new ones made from Apoxie Putty and then painted.


A lot of fun getting back into it . . . Now on to that Scottish Spearman 1315 I started . . .

So much to sculpted and so little time!
