Hi folks,
painting figures is not quite my comfort zone however I'd like to share here my latest job done. Actually I needed the figure to present how small was the airplane model which I built.

The pilot is a resin figure from Toro Model range. It's a 1/48 scale single block, without any additional parts. All I needed to do was cleaning the remains of the casting flashes and some seam lines.

Painting was done mostly with acrylics from Lifecolor and Vallejo Model Color and Valejjo Air series. Looking at most of your techniques I hadn't used anything special.

Of course your comments and critique are most welcome.

Your models look first-class! That is a cool lil' biplane.

Your figure - the chino riding pants, brown knee boots, buttoned collar and tie, and black coat - man, that just screams Golden Age air adventurer! Well done.
