Hi Cyril.

I was so tempted to be mischevious and say stars above the stripes!

I would be tempted to buy some decal film, print them off and apply after a precoat of gloss varnish to get a smooth surface for the decal on the arm.

After varnishing them with flat clear you vould paint over them if you want to add shadow and highlight.
