Kidding! Kidding! I stopped drinking 4 years ago.

The hobby has and is changing rapidly. I've been building nearly 50 years now and I've seen more change in the past 10 years than in the previous 40 years combined. Kits have gone from rubber band tracks with maybe a hundred parts to thousand part multimedia monstrosities. Many with interiors. The paint scene has completely changed with acrylics taking the lead. And with the internet reference material is just a click away.

Some of the denizens of the site are grumpy, argumentative, opinionated and obnoxious. That's what makes this site great.

So pull up a chair, go thru the forums and ask questions. The only stupid question is the one not asked.
