I used very fine tip water-proof ink markers - the kind for drawing. A large blue dot for the iris with a smaller black dot for the pupil. I also used the black pen for the eye lashes.

Very nice, one of the best paint jobs for that figure that I've seen.
How did you do the eyes---are they decals?

Thanks! Everything went together very well. The only glitch was the gun barrel was kinked between the receiver and the silencer. I tried straightening it in hot water, but finally replaced it with a piece of styrene rod.
