Hello all,
Can anyone recommend a paint that comes close to the shine of new chrome? I have some old models and slot cars that I would love to touch up but nothing I've found matches the chrome the original manufacturer used.
Thanks
Brian

Molotov is the best I know. Available as pen and iirc as refill that can be used with brush or airbrush.

The product is called MOLOTOW Liquid Chrome.
NOTE: Use the pen or can be purchased as a refill for brush and airbrush use.
DO NOT try to buff it as it will loose its shine.

I'm using Alclad Chrome over Alclad Gloss Black Base. Works really well...
There are some tutorials about painting with Alclad Chrome on Youtube, showing auto modelers achieving super shiny finish with those paints.
