Hi guys,

Here's some pics of a 1/1scale resin and vinyl Predator skull. It took a couple of days to build and prime, and a day to paint. I base coated it with acrylics and then used oils. I tried to give it an aged look like it was in the ground before being dug up.

Any comments/criticisms welcome.

That skull looks cool! Where did you get it? Looks a bit plastic to me, but that is probably just the pic lightning.

Excellent!. Very cool looking piece and a great paint job. I think you've achieved the effect you were going for. At 1:1 scale, just how big is it?

The kit is made by GreyZon, and is OOP. I still have an original in the box. They retailed about $150 several years ago.

Such a tease, OOP! That's a piece that you don't see every day huh? I'm sure that you sparked enough interest from some of these Big A guys to influence the maker to make a few more. Did I hear someone yell Group Buy?

That could be an original or an 'I don't care for recast".
Greyzon left the Garage business years ago to pursue other interests outside Garage kits.

Grey Zon? I thought they went under some time ago.

He didn't go under. He got bored with the GK scene and took it as far as he could. Therefore he pursued other opportunities.

I always get a buzz seeing unusual subjects like this .. I really must look into some of these kits for a nice change!
