ok guys I know loads of people will prolly asked this question allready.

when I paint my figure's skin and I have the first layer of oil paint
what will be the second layer... how long does the first layer have to dry
and what oil colors do I use for the highlights?

andddddd how can I make the eyes look real not like I seen before cross eyed

probeer eens online te komen en "mongo mell " aan de haak te slaan. hij's een getallenteerd schilder en zal je zeker wel de nodige tips kunnen geven.
Om een voorsmaakje te krijgen kan je zijn artikels eens lezen.

Oil paint would normally take 12 - 24 hours to dry before you could do anything to it.

As for the eyes if you re trying to paint them in such a way that the figure is looking straight, more often than not you ll end up with cross eyes. Try painting the eyes in such a way that the irises are looking a bit to the side.
