HO scale 4-8-8-4 Dominion type, mightiest steam locomotive of my freelance Jackson Purchase & Texas Railroad. This is the Monogram (now Con Cor) "Big Boy" kit.

Lovely a Big boy in deed.

Is that the same kit that is reboxed nowadays by Revell ?

Hello Richard,

Affirmative. It was issued by Con-Cor for a while, too, with the 4-6-4 Hudson--another very good model.

Neat !!!

I've got this kit, sitting in the stash, and a half-dozen or more books on the UP Big Boys ... I had thought to dig into some HO aftermarket & detail it up ...
