I keep looking at the works of art around here, and in magazines like Military Modelling, with the feeling that I'll never reach such standards!
Then I think, Not True, time, patience and practice, with help from articles such as the ones posted here, and I reckon I could start bringing out some passable figures.
Vallejo site now bookmarked, and I have some Vallejo acrylics on my workbench.

The beginner tutorial was only available in Spanish. The English article on the Vallejo site was written by Mario Fuentes. With the gracious permission of Vallejo, I translated the Beginner Tutorial to English and it should be up on Timelines in a few days. When it is, I'll let you know.

Exellent site,if you right click on the site and select "translate into english"you will get english version,works on most foriegn language sites

It's a beginner tutorial for figure painting using Vallejo. It is in Spanish, but even so it appears easy to follow for non-Spanish speakers...
